How can we help?

Getting Started

Not for the free apps — Quick Planner and the Retirement Planner wizard both work without signing in. An account is needed to save plans, unlock Pro features, or use the Excel/Sheets add-in.

If you want a fast answer, try Quick Planner. If you want the full guided experience with AI-narrated findings and a PDF report, use the Retirement Planner. Power users and advisors should go straight to Retirement Planner Pro.

See our Privacy Policy for full details on what's stored and for how long.

Billing & Accounts

Sign in, then visit your account's pricing page to choose Pro (single app) or the Bundle (everything). See Pricing for current rates.

Manage or cancel any time from your account's billing portal after signing in. Access continues through the end of your current paid period.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset it by email.

Retirement Planners

Every planner runs a real Monte Carlo simulation over your entered assumptions (returns, inflation, spending, life expectancy). Results are only as accurate as the assumptions — treat them as a planning tool, not a guarantee, and revisit them as your numbers change.

Yes — the Retirement Planner and Pro planner both offer a "Download Report" step that generates a branded PDF covering every finding in your plan.

Excel & Google Sheets Add-in

Both Microsoft Excel (desktop add-in) and Google Sheets (Apps Script add-on) are supported.

You can bring your own OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini keys, or use the included usage allowance depending on your plan. Contact us for setup help.
