By creating an account, installing an add-in, or otherwise using any OmniVectors product (the "Service") — including our retirement planners and other web-based analysis tools, and the PyExcelAI add-in for Excel and Google Sheets — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OmniVectors provides financial planning and analysis tools, including Monte Carlo retirement simulations, SEC filings retrieval and formatting, natural-language data querying, and AI-assisted interpretation of your results using third-party language models.
You may use the Service for personal financial planning, internal business analysis, and educational purposes, consistent with your subscription tier. You may not:
Some features require an account and a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel any time through your account's billing portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Prices are as listed at omnivectors.com/pricing.html or in your account, and may change with notice.
Retirement and financial projections are simulations based on the assumptions you provide and historical market-return data; they are not guarantees of future results. Financial statement data is sourced from SEC EDGAR public filings and processed automatically — while we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical figures against the original SEC filing at sec.gov.
The Service uses large language models — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, and AWS Bedrock, or, for enterprise self-hosted deployments, your own internally hosted model — to generate analysis, summaries, and recommendations. AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, and are generated without human review. Do not rely on AI-generated content as the sole basis for any financial decision.
Enterprise customers may deploy the Service, or the PyExcelAI add-in, on their own infrastructure — including white-label and bespoke builds — under a separate agreement arranged through our Partners program. These Terms still govern your use of our underlying software; deployment-specific terms (SSO, data residency, support SLAs) are set out in that agreement.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime or unavailability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniVectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Use of Google sign-in or the Google Sheets add-in requires a Google account and is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Google LLC.
The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the property of OmniVectors. SEC filing data is in the public domain. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use; we make no copyright claim over them.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and/or closing your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
